Charges

1. Gleemo reserves the right to wavier or implement any charges to use the services on our website at any time. No charges can be implemented without your consent. However, non consent will result in the termination of service as of from that date.

Advertising

1. Gleemo reserves the right to cancel any advertisement placed on our website if it is not in Gleeemo's or its customers' best interests.

2. If it suspected that an advertisement was placed on Gleemo with negative intentions no refund will be issued.

3. The fee for ad approval is not refundable regardless if your ad was approved or not.

4. Ads which breach our "List of Ads which will not be accepted" as stated on our advertising page will not be given feedback and the fee will not be refunded.
   
   

Service

1. We will do our best to ensure the Service is available to you at all times. Both speed and availability of the Service are affected by a range of factors. Some factors will be outside of our control and therefore we can not guarantee 100% quality and availability.

2. Gleemo reserves the right to restrict, modify or block access to the Service if in its reasonable opinion the Service is being used for purposes other than as permitted under this Agreement.

Term and Termination

1. We may immediately suspend, or terminate your access to Gleemo for reasons including but not limited to if:

   1. you fail to pay us any Charges due under this Agreement;

   2. you breach any of the terms of this Agreement;

   3. If we feel you are not acting in the best interests of Gleemo and its customers.

   4. we are obliged to comply with an order, instruction or request of Government, an emergency service organisation or other authority;

   5. the Customer is subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, examinership, receivership, liquidation, or any similar proceedings Gleemo's exclusive opinion is unable to pay the Charges; or

   6. for any reason we are unable to provide the Service to you.
      
      

Advertising
The following are the terms of advertising on Gleemo

Liability

1. We will have no liability to you (or to anyone claiming through you) for any loss (including loss of profit) (whether or not foreseeable) suffered as a result of using our website. Including:

   1. the suspension or non-availability (for whatever reason) of any of the Services;

   2. the suspension or termination of this Agreement;

   3. any third party unauthorised access to the Service, or for any loss or damage to the Customers own proprietary equipment, hardware, networks or any data stored thereon;

   4. Any breach of security, loss of, misappropriation or misuse of data (including without limitation, unauthorised copying of data) or fraud in connection with your use of the Services.

   5. Any comments or negative feedback made by any user on Gleemo. As a user you are fully liable for any comments you make.

   6. Gleemo is not liable for any breaches of copyright by third party users on the site. As a user you are fully responsible for any content you enter.

2. We will not be liable to you if we are unable to perform our obligations under this Agreement because of any factor outside of our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, industrial action, default or failure of a third party, war or governmental action.

3. Gleemo will allow you to access services offered by third parties. Gleemo has no control over these services and is not responsible for their availability, quality or damage caused. It is your responsibility to ensure the quality of third party services. Gleemo does not control or select this content and is not responsible for its availability or subject matter. Gleemo's inclusion of this content does not imply any endorsement of the content and Gleemo accepts no liability whatsoever for this content.

4. Gleemo is not responsible for the comments placed on your profile page by others and does and will not get involved in any disputes over feedback. It is up to users to resolve any issues between themselves.

5. No third party is allowed to take data from Gleemo, regardless of ownership without our written consent. Any third party which takes data from Gleemo will be liable for damages.
